Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellation / Transfer / Refund
- Registrations once completed cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.
- Adjustment of fees towards future events is not permitted.
- Event Cancellation due to Unforeseeable Circumstances
- If cancelled due to force majeure or unforeseen situations, registration fees will not be refunded.
- COVID-19 / External Disturbances
- If circumstances prevent the physical race, it will be converted into a Non-Timed Virtual Race.
- No transfer or adjustment of fees to future events.
- Physical entitlements (Race T-shirt, Finisher Medal, etc.) will be shipped within 50 days after the virtual event.
Terms & Conditions
- Do not litter on the route. Dustbins will be placed along the way.
- All finishers will receive: Tshirt, Medal, Energy Drink & Refreshments.
- Event photos, results, and timing certificates will be available online within 1 day of the event (shared via email).
- Parking facility available on race day.
- Bib & T-shirt collection will not be available on race day. Collection schedule will be shared after registration closes.
- No refunds or transfers of registration.
- In case of illness/dizziness, participants must seek medical assistance or call an ambulance.
